What’s Included

Our 2-Week Trial gives you the chance to experience Kaizen from the inside out. You’ll get full access to our sessions, meet the squad, and sit down with your coach to chat through your goals and training background. It’s the perfect way to see if Kaizen feels like the right fit before committing to a coaching package.

Unlimited training sessions for 14 days

Join swim squad, run squad, Velo rides, brick sessions, open water and group sessions — as much as you like.

One-on-one sit-down with your coach

During the trial, we take time to understand your training history, lifestyle, goals, and what support you need.

Goal-setting & training direction

Before building your program, we look at where you’re at, where you want to go, and what’s realistic.

A personalised pathway forward

Once we’ve met, we map out which coaching package best suits your goals, life balance and training style.

why we do it this way

We don’t rush your program.

A good program takes time — we need to understand your background, experience, goals, stress levels, schedule and what “success” looks like for you.

It’s a two-way fit.

Coaching is personal. The trial helps us make sure it’s the right match for the athlete and the coach.

We want you to feel supported, not overwhelmed.

Some athletes come in strong, others are returning after time off. The trial helps us tailor expectations and support from day one.

    Join a Coaching Package

If you love it (most people do!), you can step into a coaching membership that fits your goals.

  • Cyclist on bike

    Adjust your training level

Some athletes shift from full-time coaching to a lighter workload when life gets busy — family, travel, recovery, etc.
We’ll help you decide what version works best.

  • Happy female athletes

    Keep attending casually

You can attend casually, but casual rates add up quickly and rely on manual payments — which is why ongoing memberships are recommended for consistency and cost efficiency.
