Whether you prefer one-to-one personalised coaching or the energy of team training, we have options that fit your goals and lifestyle.
At Kaizen we like to work with each athlete as an individual which is why we focus on personalised programs for each athlete.
However we feel for us as a team, coach and athlete, to get the most out of the experience we need to see our athletes regularly which is why we have in person sessions.
This helps to create a stronger relationship and an environment where you are supported by other Kaizen athletes.
Our Training Sessions

Swim Squad
When: Mon, Wed + Fri (summer)
Where: Local pool + open water
Structured pool workouts focusing on technique, endurance, and speed. Open water sessions during summer season to build confidence and race-specific skills.

Velo Sessions
Where: Hawthorn Velodrome
Structured workouts in a safe, controlled environment. Coach onsite to provide in-person feedback and support. Perfect for building bike fitness and technique.

Run Squad
When: Tue evenings, Thu mornings
Where: Hawthorn/Richmond parks
Group runs in beautiful park settings. Technique work, speed sessions, and endurance runs with supportive squad energy.

Long rides
When: Monthly
Whether it's hitting the hills or going long on Beach Road, we like to get out further afield. These monthly adventures build endurance, explore new routes, and bring the squad together for epic rides.

Brick Sessions
When: Throughout the season
Bike-to-run transition practice. Learn to run efficiently off the bike, practice transitions, and build race-specific fitness. Essential for triathlon success.

Virtual Group Rides

Where: Online/Zwift
Ride from anywhere, anytime. Connect with the squad remotely for structured workouts and group rides. The safest place you can possibly ride.
